1) Is my order secure?

Yes, all of our orders are processed over a secure server internet server which is among the most secure available today. All of your information will be encrypted using our SSL (Secure Socket Layer) software which is a standard among e-commerce websites today.

2) Do you ship internationally?

No, at this time we do not ship outside of the continental united state. ( USA 48 internal states only)

3) How long does it take to ship?

We ship the product out within 3-5 days. We ship using UPS Ground and Federal Express which generally takes 5-7 days depending on your location. In some cases it takes less time.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. All electronica is now accepting PayPal as well. Existing PayPal users can quickly checkout without having to type in billing and shipping information. PayPal allows users to pay using debit cards, bank accounts, credit cards or stored balances that are accessed through their individual PayPal accounts.

7) Is there sales tax?

We only collect sales tax on Florida Resident orders subject to 7.5 sales tax. The rate is based on your shipping destination and the applicable state and local taxes.

8) What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your item, you may return it to us within a period of 30 days. Shipping cost is non-refundable. Please read our return policy page. All Returns will require a RMA number..

9) Can I cancel my order?

We try to ship out most orders almost as quickly as we receive them, giving us a very small window to cancel orders. If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process. If the item you want to cancel has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled by you or by our customer service department. However, you can return the item for a refund. 10) If my item was damaged during shipment?

If your item was damaged during shipment, please contact us and we will send you proper instructions on how to file a claim. for a new replacement

11) How long does it take to get a refund?

Once the item is returned to our warehouse, a refund will be processed. The refund could take 7 to 10 business days to be processed and returned to your credit card.

Because most of our orders ship via UPS, we do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

13) Do you price match?

No. Many competitors use shady practices such as selling foreign products, drastically marking up shipping, or using bait and switch techniques. Because we are an honest dealer, we cannot match prices when our competitors are using such deceptive techniques. Our prices may not always be the lowest, but we try to balance that with quick shipping and excellent customer service.

14) What is Refurbished?

What is considered factory refurbished? There are lots of things that can label items factory refurbished. Some are so frivolous, it’s laughable. But because consumer laws prevent manufacturers from selling anything considered factory refurbished as "new", the second consumer gets the best deal. Items where the box or casing was damaged in shipment which are returned to the manufacturer. The item was returned to the manufacturer because of a slight defect. The part that was defective was replaced by the manufacturer, tested and then repackaged just like new. The item was returned because of a minor cosmetic blemish on the casing that was corrected. Demonstration units are also considered factory refurbished. These units are inspected, tested and repackaged. The box was simply opened. That’s it! Brand new overstocked items are also labeled factory refurbished. It is impossible to know the history of each item, but for whatever reason the unit gets labeled factory refurbished it is inspected & serviced by the manufacturer then tested and repackaged to meet original product specifications. All merchandise is warranted by the original manufacturer unless otherwise specified. Why should I buy refurbished equipment? Refurbs save cash! Why hesitate getting the best value by getting the exact same equipment, with original manufacturers warranty at a much lower price: If you couldn’t afford that expensive item till now – NOW you can with a factory refurb! And still get the same performance and still covered under warranty.
