Allelectronica.com makes every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. In-stock items are generally shipped within 24 to 48 hours.We ship using UPS and Federal Express which generally takes 5-7 days depending on your location. In some cases it takes less time.
Please note orders made after 1:00 PM (Eastern Time) will be entered the next day. Weekend orders (from friday after 1:00 P.M.) will be processed on Monday.
Some orders might be subject to our verification procedure before we can process the order. For your protection from credit card fraud or identity theft, we may ask you to verify that you're the card owner or that the order and the ship-to information are legitimate. If your order requires verification you will receive an e-mail within one business day to advise you about the situation.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover. Please provide us the billing information of the credit card you are using. Billing information would include the following: Name, address and telephone number of the card owner as recorded by the bank or other issuer of the credit card. If you are using a shipping address which is different from the billing address then please provide us the telephone number of the shipping address. 
A signature is required for all FedEx and UPS shipments upon receipt, Packages can not be rerouted or picked up from FedEx and UPS, Someone must be at the address to receive the package and sign for it.
Shipping charges are not included in our pricing. Please place your order in the "Shopping Cart" to view the shipping charges.
We strive to keep most items always in stock for immediate delivery (unless we specify that the particular item is available on special order basis only) In the event an item is out of stock or for any other reason unable to be shipped, we will notify you (usually within one business day) We Charge your Credit Card only at time of actual delivery of item.
How Do We Ship & Deliver Multiple Items?
Allelectronica.com ships items as they are available; therefore you may receive more than one delivery if you purchase several items.
Items that will ship separately:
- Items that have different shipping methods
- Items are not available in our warehouses on the same day
Weather and Service Delays If you live in an area experiencing an unexpected service delay, please add an additional 1 to 2 days to the estimated delivery date of your order.
Severe weather may cause delivery delays in the following areas.

Cancellations: We try to ship out most orders almost as quickly as we receive them, giving us a very small window to cancel orders. If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process. If the item you want to cancel has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled by you or by our customer service department. However, you can still refuse the shipment for a refund. Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers or from staff error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
A sales tax of 7.5% will be charged to deliveries made in the state of Florida
